Nino Maggadino, Wellness and Fitness Instructor at Max Flex Fitness in Naples, FL and Amy Lademann, co-owner and director of Pilates and Barre at BEYOND MOTION® will show you some simple, low impact exercises you can do right at home to help you get moving and feeling your best.


Fitness - Episode 1

Follow along with Nino Maggadino, Wellness and Fitness Instructor at Max Flex Fitness in Naples, FL in some range-of-motion warm up exercises and active stretches.  

Fitness - Episode 2

In this episode, Nino will teach you simple and easy-to-follow body weight exercises to strengthen your muscles and core, and help improve your posture.

Fitness - Episode 3

Follow along with Nino in this two-part episode with  balance and core warm up exercises, then get into dynamic movements to raise your cardio level.

Fitness - Episode 4

In this episode, you will Feel the Burn with some standing core exercises, then get into some mat work with plank and yoga moves to continue building a stronger lower back and core for better posture and stability

Fitness - Episode 5

Work with Coach Nino on using different planes of motion to help you build strength for everyday movement. Nino will also guide you through a series of rotational movements and plank exercises for core stability.

In this episode, Coach Nino brings you the "best of" exercises for different parts of your body to bring you into balance.

Fitness - Episode 7

In this episode, Coach Nino shows you some easy to follow movements you can do at your home or remote office to help you maintain flexibility and movement throughout your working day.

Fitness - Episode 8

In this episode, Coach Nino will guide you through a seven minute HIIT (High-intensity interval training) workout to bring your heart rate up with low intensity periods of recovery.

Fitness Episode 9

In this episode, Coach Nino will guide you through a series of plank , stability, and activation exercises to develop and strengthen your core and help counteract the negative impact of sitting for extended periods of time.

Fitness Episode 10-1

In this two-part episode, Coach Nino will start you off with some dynamic stretching movements that will get get you ready to really get moving and your heart pumping with some High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercises in the second part of the episode.

 

Fitness Episode 10-2

Now that you are warmed up, in this second part of episode 10, Coach Nino will really get your heart pumping and your muscles burning with a series of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercises. Let's get moving!

 In this episode, Coach Nino will guide you through stretching and strengthening exercises to help relieve lower back pain and maintain core stability.


Pilates - Episode 1

In this first episode, Amy will guide you through Pilates mat work exercises from beginner to advanced to help strengthen your core. Amy’s workouts are perfect for golfers, tennis & Pickleball players, and athletes of all kinds.

Pilates - Episode 2

In this second episode, Amy will guide you through mat exercises to help you deal with tight hamstrings and increase range of motion. Amy’s workouts are perfect for golfers, tennis & Pickleball players, and athletes of all kinds.

Pilates - Episode 3

In this third episode, Amy will guide you through different plank exercises for all levels to help you strengthen the back body as well as the core. Amy’s workouts are perfect for golfers, tennis & Pickleball players, and athletes of all kinds.

Pilates - Episode 4

In this fourth episode, Amy will guide you through different barre exercises for all levels to help you strengthen the lower body and use upper body stretching movements. You can use a chair, a counter top or stable ledge with available space at home to perform these exercises. Amy’s workouts are perfect for golfers, tennis & Pickleball players, and athletes of all kinds.

PILATES - EPISODE 5

In this episode, Amy will guide you through a variety of ball exercises to better engage your core and provide that extra challenge to your movements.

 

PILATES - EPISODE 6

In this episode, Amy will guide you through some sliding disc exercises to incorporate smooth stretching and strengthening movements.
